Day Walk - The Thames Path - 10 Mile Linear Walk

Starting from Canning Town station following the Thames Path to explore London’s diverse Nautical & Manufacturing legacy.

Visiting Bow Creek ecology park, London’s only Lightboat in an abandoned shipyard, see where the River Lea joins the Thames, explore Brunel’s ship the SS Great Eastern launch ramp, Museum of London Docklands (time permitting), Limehouse basin & crossing Limehouse ship lock, Shadwell basin, stroll past the Prospect of Whitby pub. Visit the first underground river tunnel entrance at Wapping station, Thames river police museum, The Blitz Memorial garden, St. Kathrine Docks, Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and ending at London bridge. Please bring a packed lunch

Meet 10.00 am-10.15am, Canning Town Station-Jubilee Line underground exit by the café.
